What are your bows made from?
Our accessories are made from beautiful Top Grain Vegetable tanned leather that is "Chrome Free" and naturally dyed.
What makes your bows unique?
All of our bow designs are completely Original, we take pride in the attention given to every detail of each bow with a high standard of quality.
Which size bow should I order?
Our "petite" bows are sized for infants to young toddlers who have finer hair.
How should I care for my bows?
When bows are not being worn, store bows flat or on their original bow cards without any item on top of them to avoid harsh bends and creases in the leather.
What should I do if my bows get wet?
Please do not wear your accessories in wet hair, nor submerge under water. If they happen to become wet, Lay them out to dry naturally indoors, without adding heat.
What should I do if my bows become bent, and/or curled?
Due to the delicate nature of Leather, leather may crease and weather over time, but hey, that gives it character!
* If accessories become curled at the edges significantly, you may proceed with Caution to iron them: Turn your iron on low heat, flip the leather accessory over with hair side facing up, place a cotton towel or clean brown paper bag over the bow and proceed to iron cautiously over the bent edges, taking care not to leave the iron set in one place too long. Let accessory cool completely before picking it up.
How should I clean my bows if they become dirty?
If accessories become dirty take a lightly damp cloth and gently rub the soiled area. For more stubborn stains, you may use "saddle" soap.
How long will it take to receive my bows?
All Items ship from 5-7 BUSINESS Days from when your order is placed. All items are shipped via USPS First Class shipping.

Do you ship Worldwide?
We ship both Domestic and International orders via USPS First Class shipping.
All orders will be sent an email via paypal with the tracking information once the order has shipped.
All international customers are responsible for duties and/or taxes upon delivery.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
What is your Refund/Exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds, however we do offer exchanges for items that are either damaged or defective.
